Matt Kneece is the owner and lead of Haven & Co, a boutique real estate team he runs alongside his fiancée, Molly Trujillo. With six years of experience in the real estate industry and two years as a licensed associate broker, Matt brings a steady, knowledgeable approach to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Before transitioning into real estate, Matt earned his Master’s degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia in 2016. That background instilled in him a strong foundation of discipline, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset—qualities that now define his approach to real estate. He is known for clear, consistent communication, going the extra mile for his clients, and a genuine care for the people he serves.

Matt and Molly have called Central Virginia home for the past decade, where they live with their three dogs—August, Dexter, and Delilah. Outside of work, they enjoy exploring the area’s vibrant restaurant scene, spending time outdoors, and hosting friends and family at home. Building lasting relationships is at the heart of what Matt does, and one of the most rewarding parts of his work is turning clients into lifelong friends.
